- US resident or US passport holder (able to travel from USA)
- Registration deadline is July 30, 2024. Seats are extremely limited Registration will close once we reach capacity regardless of the deadline
- The form below must be completed and submitted by the registration deadline
- A non-refundable deposit per person (defined as anyone aged 2 and older) Seats are extremely limited and we are unable to “hold” seats without the deposit. Deposit required for everyone aged two or older, as follows:
- $1000 per person for Land & Air package
- $500 per person for the Land package
- Scan of passport, must be valid for 6 months from date of travel (at least a May 2025 expiration)
- A profile face picture on a white background and a scan of your passport
- Individuals under the age of 18 cannot travel without a parent or a guardian

Land and Air Packages
1.Flights: Includes round-trip flights with Turkish Airlines from JFK Airport in New York City to Madinah via Istanbul, and the return flight from Jeddah to JFK.
2.Ground Transportation: Includes air-conditioned bus transfers from the airport to the hotel in Madinah and from Makkah to the airport.
Land Only Packages
1.No Flights Included: You are responsible for arranging your own flights.
2.No Ground Transportation from Airports: Transfers from the airport to the hotel in Madinah and from Makkah to the airport are not included.
Common Inclusions for Both Packages
1.Ziyarat Transportation: Transportation to sightseeing sites is included in both packages.
2.High-Speed Rail: High-speed rail travel from Madinah to Mecca is included in both packages. Baggage will be transported directly from hotel to hotel.

- We aim to be intentional in all aspects of designing this Prophetic Living Umrah trip including the group size. Besides spiritual programming offered by Shaykh Yasir Fahmy, a key goal of this trip is suhbah. Our hope is to provide an intimate experience for attendees to truly connect with the tradition of our beloved Prophet ﷺ and with one another.
- Yes, children are welcome at the prices listed on the main page. Note the 1 child (aged 2-10) per parent limitation at these prices, and a total of two max children per room at those prices. Due to hotel rules, we must charge the full rate for any additional children. If you are planning to have more than two children attend, please contact us to understand your package’s total price.
- Full payment must be submitted within 15 days of receiving the invoice. We will aim to send the invoice around the first week of August.
- We are currently accepting sponsorship in order to be able to offer financial assistance for this trip. Please let us know if you are looking for sponsorship by emailing umrah@propheticliving.org.

- Please note this when you register, and email us at umrah@propheticliving.org to tell us your roommate preferences. We will do our best to accommodate roommates but there is no guarantee. Those who register on their own should be prepared to pay a double room rate, in the case we cannot pair them up with additional roommates. Our Guide And Teacher
Shaykh Yasir Fahmy
Founder, Resident Scholar
Shaykh Yasir began the study of Arabic and Islamic Sciences in his high school years under the guidance of local teachers. At the age of seventeen, he traveled to Amman, where he spent a year studying at the Islamic University of Jordan. He returned to the US and completed a Bachelor’s of Science from Rutgers University. After working in corporate America for three years in finance, he returned to the Middle East and enrolled in the prestigious Al-Azhar University in Cairo.
After seven years of intensive study, Shaykh Yasir received a degree in Islamic Studies from Al-Azhar and attained numerous ‘ijazas (independent certifications) in the subjects of fiqh, hadith, aqida, usul al-fiqh, sirah, tazkiyyah, mantiq, Arabic grammar (nahu), morphology (sarf) and rhetoric (balagha).
Terms & Conditions
The following constitutes a contractual agreement between Adam Travel Services Inc, hereinafter referred to as Adam Travel or us, and the purchaser of any of our Umrah programs, hereinafter referred to as “customer.” Acceptance of such agreement can be accomplished through written signature on the contract or through performance, which is payment of deposit for one of our hajj and umrah packages. By purchasing a hajj package or signing our terms & conditions customer warrants: 1.Reservation / Deposits/ Fees:
Adam Travel accepts checks, money orders and cash. Your payment is not deemed made until it is received by Adam Travel.
Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is cleared by Adam Travel’s bank and you receive written confirmation of your booking from Adam Travel. Please review and verify your booking invoice thoroughly and contact your travel agent or Adam Travel immediately if your invoice appears to be incorrect or incomplete, as it may not be possible to make changes later. Please be advised that once your visa has been processed, there will be NO refunds available for the package(s) you have purchased.
Warranty
Adam Travel is an Agent provider and cannot be held liable for any and all claims that may arise from its vendors. Vendors include but are not limited to, Hotels, Airlines, Transportation companies, Consulate offices, Embassies, Adam Travel recommends that customers obtain and review the warranties provided by the vendors if any such situation shall arise Situations which Adam Travel are not liable include but are not limited to: Cleanliness & upkeep of Hotel Rooms, denial of or availability of visa from consulate, delayed flights, missed international flights due to delays from domestic carrier.
Insurance
Adam Travel advises all customers to obtain travelers insurance prior to departure for any of our tour packages. Many of the issues that may arise which customer will have no recourse against Adam Travel may be remedied by purchase of Travelers insurance which is readily available and offered on our website. Situations which may be aided by possession of travelers insurance include but are not limited to: Lost luggage, Medical Expenses, personal expenses and last minute cancelations.
Lost Luggage
Adam Travel is not responsible for any stolen luggage or personal items for the durations any of our packages. Adam Travel is not responsible for any lost luggage by the Airline or during customer transit from airport to hotel in Saudi Arabia. Adam Travel recommends customer purchases insurance to protect themselves should such a situation arise. Adam Travel will handle customer luggage during certain portions of the journey. Should luggage be lost while in the care of Adam Travel, they will provide compensation for the lost bag. Customer is limited to one bag per person, any additional bags brought by client will not be covered. Adam Travel will compensate client based on value of goods lost for said bag, at a maximum of $200 per bag
Safety & Health
Customer understands that Tour packages are often held in developing and undeveloped countries, due to this there are many unknown and inherent risks associated with embarking on journeys of this nature. Customer acknowledges that Adam Travel cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from any acts including but not limited to: negligence of Vendor, political unrest and forces of nature. Furthermore, Adam Travel, or any of Adam Travel’s staff, are not qualified to provide medical assistance should the need arise. Adam Travel will take all reasonable efforts to assist any and all injured customers. However, customers will not hold Adam Travel responsible for inability to treat or care for customer. In addition Adam Travel is not responsible for delays in arrival of medical personnel. Customer understands that many of our tour packages involve long and exhausting walks. Particularly our hajj packages, can take an exhausting physical toll on any and all customers regardless of physical condition. Customers with prior physical conditions are required to make disclosure to Adam Travel staff prior to departure. Adam Travel will do it’s best to accommodate customers with health conditions, however by purchasing a package from Adam Travel, customer warrants that they are able to complete and participate in all aspects of said package. Should customer be unable to participate in any aspects of our tour packages, it is customer’s responsibility to find a companion to assist them.
Covid Regulations
Client understands that the government has imposed strict Covid related regulations. These regulations cannot be circumvented by Adam Travel, and all pilgrims must abide by them. Due to these regulations, all our programs are subject to changes and government mandates at any time. Restriction can include but are not limited to; flight schedule, hotel occupancy, entrance into the KSA from certain embarking points, visa regulations, sightseeing, transportation occupancy and type of transportation. In addition, there are restriction on the number of times a pilgrim can perform Umrah, enter the Haram or visit the Rawda. Pilgrims are advised to download all applicable apps such as Tawakalna and Etamarna. There are also differing regulations depending on whether you enter with a Tourist visa or Umrah visa. Adam Travel is willing to advise on differences between each, but due to the constant changing nature of the regulations, cannot be responsible for cancelled activities that can be done with one visa and not the other. Finally, programs maybe canceled unexpectedly due to government regulations or airline regulations. Adam Travel cannot be held responsible for changes of this nature. Should Airline or any other vendor cancel, Adam Travel maybe able to obtain new airline seats or hotel rooms, however, client will be responsible for the difference in fare.
Governing law & General Information
This Agreement shall be governed and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Massachusetts and in accordance with Massachusetts’ choice of law principles. Customer agrees to be subject first to neutral party mediation followed by arbitration under the ABA, if necessary, and then seek remedy in formal trial proceedings. Customer understands that they must file any and all claims against Adam travel within one year of completion of hajj. Customer voluntarily agrees to waive any right to punitive damages. This agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, correspondence, understandings and agreements between the parties, regarding the subject matter of this Agreement This Agreement may be amended by Adam Travel or authorized and staff. Adam Travel advises customer to periodically check our website to make sure they have the most up to date version prior to departure. If any of these conditions are invalid or unenforceable, it will be struck out and the remaining terms will remain in force. If Adam Travel fails to act in relation to a breach by you or others of these Terms & Conditions, this does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. This agreement may be executed in counterparts, all of which taken together shall constitute one agreement binding on all parties, not withstanding that all the parties are not signatories to the original or the same counterpart. Each party shall become bound by the Agreement immediately upon affixing his or its signature hereto, independently of this signature of any other party.!
